周国银：企业ESG管理成熟度可分为五阶模式：一是抗拒型，认为这是忽悠或打压，应付过关；二是合规型，仅保持最低标准，被动响应，多见于利润单薄的中小企业；三是防御型，基于短期投资回报考虑，愿意投入一定成本提高标准以保住订单；四是适应型，主要为行业龙头，能主动导入国际公认的行业标准，建立有效的尽责管理体系，以获得中期的竞争优势；五是主动型，将ESG融入长期战略和使命，主动提高行业标准，目前国内这类企业极少，需长时间的文化沉淀。
